The WTZ-300 off-road truck mounted rig is used in seismic exploration, geotechnical exploration and water well drilling. With 6x6 off-road chassis and power take-off from the truck engine directly, the drilling rig is suitable in Gobi, desert or plain areas. The swivel is driven by rotary table and can be operated with mud or air flushing.

Main features 

●          Driven by rotary table with five speeds with clutch and gear box.

●          Dual-drum winches: the primary winch is used for hoisting drilling tools and secondary winch is used for connecting or disconnecting drilling pipes

●          The up and down of mast, leveling of front or rear jacks, pull-down of drilling tools, rotary table movement and water injection of foam pump are controlled by hydraulic system.

●          The actuation of mud pump, air compressor and draw-works are controlled through pneumatic clutch

●          Strong and durable swivel, high strength mast, and hydraulic controlled chain pull-down device.

●          Piston type of air compressor or Screw type air compressor is optional.

●          In accordance with HSE requirements

●          Different chassis are available: MAN, Mercedes Benz, North Benz or Sino-truck, etc.

●          Bigger size of well head for water well drilling.

●          Different breakout device for water well drilling.
